Cloud and operations

Kubernetes on AWS, the infrastructure written in Terraform, everything described in git and applied by Flux, containers built with BuildKit into our own registry, Prometheus and Grafana watching it all, replicated services so one failure does not take the product down. We also take over what you already run, on any cloud.

Listen

One call. We ask what the business needs, what exists today and what done looks like. You get a written scope, not a slide deck.

Build

Short iterations and a version you can click within the first weeks. AI models in our workflow, so the boring parts go fast and the hard parts get the attention. The admin side is built alongside the public side, not after it.

Run

We deploy it on our cluster, watch it, patch it and ship the next release. Same two people, same chat, after launch.

A training and diet app for the gym's clients, and the panel the coaches run it from.

Coaches publish routines and diet plans from a web panel. Clients get them in the app, with a push notification when something changes. Live on both stores and hosted on our cluster since launch.

A retailer that sold in person only, getting a store that takes cards and keeps stock in sync.

Storefront, payments, inventory and back office built as one system, with the payment gateway certification done by us. The domain goes live with the client, so no screenshots yet.
